Treating yeast infections, questions about tranferring through partners, so on?
I have never had a yeast infection (that i know of) until I met my boyfriend. Could it be possible he transferred a yeast infection to me either by his body making it, or another woman he was with before me? But regardless, I know im supposed to go see a dr, but im buying a home testing kit first, because i have had clamedia before and i know what that feels/smells like. and i was tested 2 months ago for claymedia, gonorrea, syphallis, herpes, hepatitus, hiv, and aids (i wanted to get tested for everything). So that brings this down to either yeast or bacterial…anyone tried the at home tests and how accurate are they? Also shouldnt my boyfriend be treated if i have a yeast infection with antifungal stuff like clitrimazole? I read somewhere he has to use that for 4 weeks! is that true?
Your boyfriend can pass it on to you. Both of you need to go to a doctor and get treated. If you don’t you will just keep getting it.
