Isn’t the landlord supposed to give 24 hour notice whenever they are entering your apt?
I have a few things that I needed to have fixed. I sent in a work order yesterday and today I came in everything in my bedroom has been out of place inorder to get to the closet. This old ass walked all over my carpet and bathroom mats with his dirty shoes etc. Can they come into your premises without saying wnen they will be coming?
Check your lease. I believe it should detail the rules regarding this matter. I would also call the management office and have them clarify. But, if nothing else I would notify them that the person doing the work left the place in disarray and that is unacceptable. Have pictures if possible.
