Has anyone tried the Couch-to-5k running plan?
Or any other ones from CoolRunning.com? I’m hoping to be on the cross-country and track teams in high school, and I need tips to improve. Thanks!
Any other endurance tips or things that can help me to prepare before August??????
run. that’s pretty much the only way to get better, just run a lot. there are some extra things you can be doing though to help your overall fitness, and therefore possibly give you more stamina and speed. I do a workout of crunches, pushups, pullups, side leg lifts, and calf raises everyday in order to help my training. but you have to remember these alone will not make you a better runner, they only help when done with running.
